PINOT NERO VENETO IGT

Pinot Noir is a red grape variety from the Burgundy wine-growing area in France, but that also have well-adapted itself in north-eastern Italy.
As an extremely versatile vine, it contributes to give life to great Champagnes, to fruity Rosè Wines and thick Red Wines. At the sight it comes in a bright color, with a pleasant ruby shade. The olfactory impact is elegant and complex, in fact Pinot Noir is the perfect combination of sensations of red fruit (cherry, blackberry, currant). In the mouth it is balanced, persistent, with a slight tannic
sensation that helps to keep the mouth clean.
The wine is a perfect accompaniment to white
and red meats, roasts and ripened cheeses.
